Spirit Week is January 26-30

Get ready to show your school spirit later this month!
The CSB Student Council is pleased to announce the dates and events of our annual Spirit Week. This year, Spirit Week will take place January 26-30.

Monday, January 26 - Pajama Day and Chocolate Milk Monday: Roll out of bed and come to school in your pajamas (sweatshirts are okay; however, students may not wear just jeans and t-shirts). Boys will also be treated to chocolate milk during lunch, courtesy of the CSB Student Council.

Tuesday, January 27 - Crazy Tie Tuesday: Wear a different and creative tie and let your CSB tie take the day off!

Wednesday, January 28 - Sports Fan Wednesday: Boys may wear their favorite team's sports gear (jerseys, t-shirts, etc.).  This is also the day that Student Council volunteers will be collecting any gently used sports equipment to donate to the Bayview Mission.  Boys may bring in items at drop-off and volunteers will be on-hand to help bring it into the school.

Gently used sporting equipment will be donated to The Bayview Mission.  We are also collecting soccer cleats to support the U.S. Soccer Foundation's Passback® Program through a CSB student-initiated effort.  This program collects and redistributes equipment to children in underserved communities nationwide.

Thursday, January 29 - Thankful Thursday: The Student Council will honor our teachers and staff on this day with special surprises. Another item to be thankful for? It's a free dress day for all students and teachers! The CSB policy on free dress is outlined on page 12.

Friday, January 30 - Red & Gold Day/Cookie Sale: All boys may wear a red or gold top to support the Hawks today. Boys must wear regular trousers and shoes (no jeans). The Student Council will also be selling cookies during lunch to support the Student Council Fair so boys may bring $1 to school to purchase a cookie for dessert.
