Admission Calendar

September 2012 to January 2013
School tours for adults are held on selected Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Special Upper School tours are on selected Fridays.
CSB Admissions Presentations are held on selected Wednesday evenings in January and February.

November 2012 to March 2013
Applicants for grades one through eight attend one day at Cathedral School with their present class level, as scheduled by the Admission Office.
Parents of applicants are strongly urged to schedule a phone interview with the Director of Admission.

January/February 2013
Kindergarten applicants are screened in small groups on Saturdays.

January 14, 2013
Application deadline for 2013-2014 Kindergarten class.

January 23, 2013
Adjustable Tuition paper applications are due at an independent service called Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) and School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). These paper applications are available at CSB; however, online applications are strongly encouraged. Visit www.nais.org/financialaid/sss.

January 25, 2013
Priority application deadline for grades one through eight.
Applications may be considered and applicant visits scheduled after this date.

February 7, 2013
Deadline for Adjustable Tuition applicants, to submit their Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) online to School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) (not to CSB). The form must be submitted by this deadline for priority consideration. Visit the SSS website for appropriate forms. www.nais.org/financialaid/sss

February 7, 2013
Deadline for Adjustable Tuition applicants to submit a copy of their 2011 Federal Income Tax Forms to SSS. Forms submitted late may jeopardize consideration for Adjustable Tuition.

March 14, 2013
Admission notification letters are mailed to parents.

March 21, 2013
Contracts and non-refundable tuition deposits must be received by 10:00 AM.

Note: Admission for grades 1 - 8 will continue as necessary after the deadline.
