RSVP: Make Media & Tech a Positive Force with Dana Blum Wednesday, April 3

Join Common Sense Media's Senior Director, Dana Blum, for a talk about your kids mental health and digital well-being on April 3.

It's not hard to find reasons to worry about our kids. The news seems filled with stories about how smartphones, social media, and video games are ruining kids' lives and the very social fabric of our communities. How can we move beyond alarmist headlines to understand what's going on and how it's really affecting our kids?

Join Common Sense to discuss topics ranging from cyberbullying to FOMO ("fear of missing out"), with a focus on what the latest research can tell us about the connections among digital life and anxiety, depression, body image, and more. This presentation will provide parents and educators with practical tips, signs to watch for, and a better understanding of how to make media and tech a positive force in kids' lives.
