Raise the bar on raising boys

Who We Are

At Cathedral School for Boys, we believe that we must continue to define what it means to educate and raise boys.

We devote each day to the spirited dialogue, dynamic lessons, and intentional character-building that guide each young boy to engage in the way that best fits him, while he simultaneously develops empathy and respect for the world around him.

Because Cathedral is here to raise the bar on raising boys.

SPEAK presents: "So You Want to Talk About Race" with Ijeoma Oluo

How can we talk to our kids about race if we're not comfortable speaking about it ourselves? In her 2018 #1 New York Times bestseller, So You Want to Talk About Race, author Ijeoma Oluo confronts deeply uncomfortable questions about race in the United States. She also shares practical tips for engaging in productive conversations about topics ranging from white privilege to police brutality. On Thursday, January 20, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Ijeoma Oluo will join SPEAK to take our questions and to challenge us to take action against systemic racism. Register here.
