Grace Cathedral Choir of Men and Boys

Grace Cathedral has had a men’s choir since 1906, and boys’ voices were added in 1913. The centuries-old Anglican tradition of a men and boys choir has since blossomed here as one of a handful of such choirs in the United States. The Grace Cathedral Choir of Men and Boys typically comprises 12 choirmen and 24 choristers. The boys of the choir are all students at Cathedral School for Boys. The men of the choir are a professional ensemble. Our students audition for the choir in second grade. To see the latest from the choir, click here to visit their Facebook page.

Choristers Benefit From:

  • A world-class musical education
  • Having fun as part of a team
  • Unique and life-changing opportunities to travel on international tours, sing the National Anthem at Giants games, and perform in front of thousands
  • An integrated school and choir schedule that allows for participation in sports and other after-school activities
  • An annual, weeklong summer camp in Healdsburg, California
